What You'll Do

As a member of our Professional Services team, you will lead the onboarding and configuration of Administrate for new customers. You’ll act as the technical lead throughout the implementation lifecycle, working closely with customers to understand their business needs and configuring our platform to align with their workflows and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new customers—including discovery, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

  • Conduct discovery workshops to capture workflow requirements and advise on configuration best practices.

  • Configure product features and data workflows to align with business needs and platform capabilities.

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during implementation.

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure deliverables stay on track and aligned with scope.

  • Provide training and documentation to ensure smooth handoffs to support teams and long-term customer success.

  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support) to resolve issues and improve implementation quality.

  • Deliver structured, data-informed feedback to Product teams based on customer experience and market trends.

  • Leverage deep understanding of the Learning & Development (L&D) industry to guide customer solutions, contribute to strategic discussions, and ensure alignment with industry best practices and evolving market trends.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Experience in software implementation, technical consulting, customer onboarding, or solutions engineering.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with customers at all levels.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based software, enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, LMS), and data integration workflows.

  • Understanding of APIs, data migration, and system configuration principles.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering value to the customer.

  • Experience or deep interest in the Learning & Development (L&D) industry is strongly preferred.
